Rainborne 2009 Sonoma Coast pinot noir was bottled on November 17, 2010 and is now available. Made from 88% Olcese Vineyard in Los Carneros Sonoma and 12% Two Dog Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. It has excellent unfiltered clarity, aromas of baked cherry pie, and clean lively acid. With an alcohol content of just 13.2%, it pairs beautifully with a wide array of cuisine. Open top fermentation, aged 13 months in French oak barrels, no addition of yeast or bacteria, and unfined and unfiltered.
